Friends,Tennessean's & Countrymen;
Lend me your ear!
In light of recent and ongoing developments within the federal
government, I am compelled to appeal to you as a righteous patriot and
a godly statesmen. Please know that I am not interested in waxing
political, nor do I desire to engage that arena at any level. However,
I have just come across a document that may serve to help us find
balance, with which to regain our composure in this era.
As you know, I believe that we are in the dawning of a new era; but it
is not being represented by the horrific change that is being summarily
forced on this nation. On the contrary I do not see anything good or
lasting coming out of the present government take over.
It is my hope that you will take the time to read the attached document
and become both outraged and invigorated with your discovery. Please
consider the things that I am sharing with you because they very well
could be among the last things that any of us will be able to share in
the near future. Things are changing daily, and it is expedient that we
do not listen to the drive-by media or to money grubbing politicians
who do not represent their constituency, and who refuse to uphold the
constitution. Need I remind you that it is their sworn duty to uphold
that constitution and represent their constituency. In my opinion they
need to be removed from office and another, more sober and righteous
man raised up in their place. In 2010 we will all have an opportunity
to do that very thing, unless Yahweh decides to do it for us.
The Constitution of the state of Tennessee
Section 1. That all power is inherent in the people, and all free
governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their
peace, safety, and happiness; for the advancement of those ends they
have at all times, an unalienable and indefeasible right to alter,
reform, or abolish the governmentin such manner as they may think
proper. (Do
you get it?) (The people have the right to reform or abolish the
government as they think proper) (It does not say that the federal
machine has the right to reform or abolish the government at any level)
("The people" is not a nickname used by the state or federal employees)
(We are the people)
Section 3. That all men have a natural and indefeasible right to worship Almighty God (Yahweh)
(The one true and only living Elohim) (If you are worshiping any other
god in the state of Tennessee you are in violation of law of Yahweh and
the constitution) (You do not have the freedom to worship false gods,
or the liberty to practice false religion in the state of TN. Therefore
you should not be granted any special privileges while residing or
operating within this state) according to the dictates of their own conscience; (You have the right to worship Yahweh and conduct yourself in a manner that pleases Him) that
no man can of right be compelled to attend, erect, or support any place
of worship, or to maintain any minister against his consent; that no
human authority can, in any case whatever, control or interfere with
the rights of conscience; and that no preference shall ever be given,
by law, to any religious establishment or mode of worship. (The
state cannot lawfully compel anyone to attend, erect, or support a
place of worship, and they cannot force a citizen to support any
religious establishment or minister against their will)
Section 24. That the sure and certain defense of a free people, is
a well regulated militia; and, as standing armies in time of peace are
dangerous to freedom, they ought to be avoided as far as the
circumstances and safety of the community will admit; (In other
words, a well regulated militia should be in place to protect and
defend the people of the state of Tennessee at all times; but should be
avoided unless the circumstance and safety of the citizens of this
state warrant their deployment) and that in all cases the military shall be kept in strict subordination to the civil authority.
Section 25. That no citizen of this state, except such as are employed
in the army of the United States, or militia in actual service, shall
be subjected to punishment under the martial or military law. That
martial law, in the sense of the unrestricted power of military
officers, or others, to dispose of the persons, liberties or property
of the citizen, is inconsistent with the principles of free government,
and is not confided to any department of the government of this state. (In
other words, no citizen of the state of Tennessee is subject to
authority of military law, and therefore should not be punished
accordingly) (They are not subject to the unrestricted power of
military officers or others. They have no authority to dispose of
persons, liberties or properties of any citizen) (Remember this section
in the future)
Section 26. That the citizens of this state have a right to keep and to
bear arms for their common defense; but the Legislature shall have
power, by law, to regulate the wearing of arms with a view to prevent
crime.
